What this page covers
This page describes what happens to the details you send through fineartproduction.com, and what the website itself keeps. Fine Art Production is Chirali and Amish Thakkar, wedding photographers and filmmakers working from New Jersey and Florida.
What you send us
The inquiry form asks for your names, email address, mobile number, wedding date, city and venue, the number of celebration days, what you want to remember most, the services you are considering and how you found us. You choose what to fill in; only your names and email address are required so that we can reply.
The form also records which page of this website your inquiry began on, so we know whether you were reading about a venue, a location or a service when you wrote to us.
How your inquiry reaches us
This website has no database and no login. When you send the Check Your Date form, the website emails your details to the studio at ChiraliAmish@gmail.com and sends you a copy, through the studio’s Gmail account. If that cannot be sent, your own email application opens with the details written in, for you to send yourself. Nothing is stored on this website.
The New Client form sends your answers the same way, and also to the studio’s own client form in Google Forms, where they are kept in the studio’s Google account under Google’s policies.
Once you send it, your inquiry sits in the studio inbox like any other email, and it is read by Chirali, Amish and the people who work with them on your wedding.
What we use it for
To answer you, to prepare for the conversation, and to plan your coverage if you book us. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the studio except a supplier we need for your own wedding, such as an album printer or a gallery service.
What this website stores on your device
If you switch the site between light and dark, that single preference is saved in your own browser so the site looks the same the next time you visit. It never leaves your device and it tells us nothing.
This website carries no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts of our own.
Content loaded from other companies
Some parts of this site come from elsewhere: the Instagram feed (shown through Behold), the Facebook page feed (shown through SociableKIT), wedding films from YouTube once you press play, maps from Google, fonts from Google Fonts and, when we send you one, a gallery from Pic-Time. When that content loads, those companies can see the request and may set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
Our website is served by Vercel, which keeps ordinary server records of requests, as any web host does.
Photographs of your wedding
Your photographs and films are covered by the agreement you sign with us, not by this page. If you would rather your wedding never appeared on this website or on our social media, tell us and we will keep it private.
Asking us to delete your inquiry
Write to ChiraliAmish@gmail.com or call (732) 939-2104 and ask us to delete your inquiry, and we will remove it from the studio inbox. You can also ask what we hold and ask us to correct it.
Changes to this page
If the way this website handles your details changes, this page changes with it, and the date below changes too.
